Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

 

• Unaltered Condition – Hair bundles must be unused, unwashed, uncolored, and untampered with (including no cutting of the weft, dyeing, or applying any chemicals or heat).
• Original Packaging – The hair must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Return Request Window – Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.
   

How to Request a Return

• Approval & Return Instructions – Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Inspection & Refund Processing – After we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days if the items meet our return criteria.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

• Final Sale Items – Clearance or promotional sale items are non-refundable.
• Used or Altered Bundles – Hair that has been worn, installed, washed, colored, or styled in any way cannot be returned or refunded.
