At TÍ LISSÉ, we are committed to providing luxury, ethically sourced human hair extensions and custom wigs of the highest quality. Each product is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our standards.

We understand the importance of your investment, which is why we do offer refunds under specific conditions.

 

Refund & Return Eligibility

 

You may request a refund or return if:

 

  • The product has not been tampered with, installed, or altered.

  • The lace has not been cut.

  • The hair has not been colored, bleached, or chemically processed.

  • The product is in its original condition and packaging, exactly as it was purchased.

 

 

How to Request a Refund

 

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 business days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the unused product.

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. After inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Important Conditions

 

  • Products that have been tampered with, worn, washed, colored, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

 

Order Cancellations

 

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, orders begin processing and cannot be canceled.
